My house is about 950 square feet.
Had mine done last year with all new plywood and 30 year architectural shingles for $5700.00.
I live in Maryland, USA.

Well, I'm not a roofer but it cost us $6,000 to have our roof torn off and new decking and shingles put on. Our house is 900 square feet. This was about 3 years ago.

depending on where you live the cost should be between 3.50 and 4.00 per square foot,this depends on the slope of the roof,amount of flashing. the decking also has to be in good shape
