To be honest, I don't know if one thinks about God more on their death bed or while they are healthy; reason I don't know ... I"m not on my death bed.
I would imagine those in Christ would not think about it as much as those that have rejected Christ.

Yes, which is why there is a sacrament of "last rites" or "extreme unction."
Many people repent right before death because they know judgement is near.
This is why suffering can actually be a blessing in disguise. I know....it has taught me many things.
