whats best to push two 10inch Quantum Audio subs. Is Quantum Audio any good. I never heard of them.?

Shop around. Don't limit yourself to only a few.
You want a CEA-compliant amp whose rms rating meets or slightly exceeds that of the total rms ratings of your subs.
Hifonics have amps that are VERY good bang-for-the-buck-wise.

never heard of quantum either but i looked them up and they are a new company i guess,but you didnt say which model subs you have so it will depend on that to which amp is better
