I have been doing one specifc routine 3-4 times a week. I would prefer it if I could do a different circuit routine every workout.

Preferably this routine would use little to no equipment that can be done at home. I wake up at 5 am to do it this so gyms aren't open.

Just stretch a little, and do some running. Runnings are really good in the morning, then at night you do your weights.
