Dry skin can be caused by a number of sources, climate, water and even your diet can effect your skin. Try getting a water softer for your house and switch to organic dairy products or soy substitutes because the hormones and other things injected into dairy cows can make your skin flaky and dry. If you live in a dry climate apply lotion multiple times in the day.

have you used lotion? over course you have what am i saying you said nothing works..
I would see a doctor..
Drink half your body weight in water in ounces
stay way from salt
eat right! more fruits and veggies!
use lotion at least 3-5 times a day
that's my suggestions but i would see if a doc can give you some nice creams to help! that over the counter stuff don't do jack! i have phrisis <-- can't spell it but it is flacky skin EVERYWHERE

the lotion that i just bought recently is st. ives mineral therapy. it works really good on your body. i dont know if you have really sensitive skin and would want that on your face though. i use the aveeno moisture face lotion and that works good too, it fights breakouts too and doesnt clog pores. make sure your drinking enough water too. try using a facial scrub to remove dead skin cells then you can try to moisturize the new skin under. i like the st. ives apricot scrub.
