this is the best dish every loves it,,,, a dip to take
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, boiled and shredded
1 12 ounce bottle hot sauce
2 8 ounce packages of cream cheese
1 16 ounce bottle Ranch dressing
1/2 cup chopped celery
8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese or Cheddar Cheese, grated
In a 13x9x2 inch baking pan, combine the shredded chicken meat with the entire bottle of hot sauce, spreading to make an even layer.
In a saucepan, combine the cream cheese and ranch dressing over medium heat until smooth.
Pour this mixture evenly over the chicken. Sprinkle with chopped celery and then shredded cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly. (Watch that the top doesn't get browned.) Let stand 10 minutes.
Serve hot or warm with Doritos "Scoops" (you need a sturdy chip for this!) or celery sticks.

You could take a veggie tray or fruit tray - I could eat on those all day, but something that goes over really well in this neck of the woods is a seven-layer dip (the measurements are approximate, but I think they're pretty accurate):
Layer the following ingredients in the order given on a plate or platter:
1 can re-fried beans
1 cup sour cream (mixed with 1/2 package taco seasoning or plain)
1 cup salsa
shredded lettuce
shredded cheddar cheese
diced tomatoes
sliced olives
chopped onions (optional)
serve with tortilla chips

If its a potluck, then decide between a main dish, salad and a dessert. Here are several of my favorites that brought rave reviews:
1. Lasagne
2. Swedish Meatballs over egg noodles
3. Tamale pie
4. Spaghetti alfredo
5. Spinach salad with candied walnuts, mandarin oranges, bacon, feta cheese and french dressing
6. Antipasto platter (cured meats, several cheeses, olives, cornichons, marinated veges, marinated mushrooms)
7. Mini meatballs in homemade barbecue sauce served with rolls
The list goes on!

Sprinkle with Taco Seasoning and cover with skinny sliced Roast beef (a million skinny layer). spread with slightly Salsa and position a eco-friendly onion on the bottom aspect or use finely shredded letuce in case you don't like onion. Roll up as tightly as you may. Roll in carry wrap and refreg. for a million hour. get rid of wrap and slice roll on the diagonal at a million/4 inch (a million/2 cm) durations. you should get 8 - 10 slices out of a 9 " tortilla. i opt for to apply cheddar cheese or tomato tortillas. I like trifle. It's very simple to make and you can substitute basically whatever you like in it. For mine, I layer slices of pound cake, Nilla wafer cookie crumbs, real whipped cream, vanilla pudding and caramel sauce. It's super easy and everyone loves it!!
