even though she eventually woke up the daughter was worried. he called the police to check on her and when they arrived she woke up.

no she cant file harrasment on him. she may think she can but the daughter called and was worried for her mom so your boyfriend did the right thing by calling the police to go over there. its not like he went over himself. she should be grateful that he atleast cared that much to get her help just in case she needed it instead of just leaving her there to die.
