I don't think it necessarily meant anything. God speaks to us through His word (the Bible)in this age, not through dreams as in the past. Maybe you just hold your pastor in high esteem and subconsciously you are comparing him to Moses.

This is the meaning of what you saw. The wine colored robed represents "affluence" or "richness" spiritually, physically, and financially. Your pastor is about to abound to another level in the Lord. Or to put it plainly he will prosper greatly. As for the gold plaque with the ten commandments. It means your pastor has a huge anointing on his life like Moses. He will be one of God's spokesman and speak the divine Word of God to people just like Moses did to the Israelites. The is a great level which God is calling your pastor to.
