Took a girl out on Sunday for a outing..word date was no used. Thought it went well apart from a few silences. next week we are both off college. when do i call her and ask what she is doing next tuesday or wedensday as i can only manage those days. or does it seem like i am pestering her? shes shy so i am doing the chasing

Ask her out! Friends get together all the time to enjoy one another's company.
If she is shy, then it is doubtful she will ask you!

Absolutely ask her out.
Just call and tell her you had a great time with her on Sunday, and wanted to know if you could get together again. Dont say anything about Tuesday or Wednesday, just keep in general. If she says yes, then mention Tuesday or Wednesday. That way if she is busy those days, then at least you know she is interested.

You are always safe with the "wanna go get a coffee" question. Or find a band that sounds at least interesting that's playing one of those nights. Take her to that. A lot of "recruitment" events take place towards the beginning of the year at a lot of colleges. Take her to something like that (shows you are taking your edu. seriously) and then follow it up with a stop for, again, a coffee or someplace you can just go and talk about your first impressions of school.

There are no rules, its what feels right for you. Forget about the silences, its a first date, you dont know what you have in common yet, it gets easier!

You sound like you are in the same boat I am in. Haven't dated much in high school and college, now out of college starting to date. I had the same problem, I would call her the very next day if I were you.

Just do it, say something like seeing as were both off fancy doing something during the week, dont say set days first of all as it seems too formal just ask casually and dont worry if she doesnt give you a definite answer just give her time

Of course you are doing the chase in!!!! Call her Thursday, she would have been waiting long enough for your call then and you won't look to be pestering her then!!!

well, ive heard theres the "4 day rule" as in you only can call her 4 days afterwords, but honestly you dont have to follow that

well definitley don't wait too long, she might make plans. It's Tuesday already, if she liked you and wants to go out with you again, she's probably itching for you to call her. At least make her wait until tomorrow. But don't make it too long :)
