I work two jobs already, I cut back all expenses except the necessary. By the time I pay the payday loans I don't have money to pay the bills, forcing me to go back. What do I do?

I got looped into the same thing and what I ended up doing was contacting them to make lump sum payment arrangements until I paid it off. Then I cut out everything except for my life's necessities and haven't went back to them yet and that was over 1 year ago.

I got sucked into the same thing myself. I got out by borrowing money from a source that doesn't require interest (grandma) and paying off the payday loan I had out. After that was paid off, the only thing to do is either cut expenses further, or make more money. There is no magic solution. I either had to spend less or make more. I took a 3rd job and reevaluated my budget to get myself on the right track. You need to get creative with cutting expenses. For example, I opted to carpool 3x per week to save on gas. I also called and negotiated smaller monthly payments with some of my credit cards. Hope this helps. It will be difficult but IS possible.

I'm sorry, hun. I've heard a lot of horror stories because these places charge such high interest rates (300% APR after all fees and such). You may try to put up your car as collateral to a pawn shop and use that money to pay off your loan. In the mean time, eat Ramen noodles at home (and at work) and try to figure out how to raise the money so that you don't lose your car.

Sell off something that you took loan and bought and pay off some part of the loan at least and then you would be relieved of at least something!!!!
