Vitmain E may work in reducing the appearance overtime, if used regularly; most commonly used by piercing a vitamin E capsule and applying directly onto scarring. The use of rich moisturiser, such as the original Nivea cream, can reduce considerably. A good source of protein in the diet is essential for skin and tissue rejuvenation, often there is not enough in an individual's diet. Other vitamins such as vitamin A and C are also essential.

Microdermabrasion can be hard on your skin if it's sensitive. I absolutely can't use it.

Pure Aloe Vera is great for helping scars go away. Get it at a health food store. Keep it in the refrigerator.

I would try Proactive. This worked for me. I haven't tried the Neutrogena product yet but hear some good stuff about it.
