I think i read an article that mentioned a site where you can keep record of what you eat each day (as a way to diet).

Sparkpeople.com is an awesome site. You upload your daily intake and it has all of the nutrition facts already submitted for you on most foods. In addition to food intake, it also can calculate your calories burned in your exercise journal (if you want one). There's even a graph to show your weight gain/loss progress.

Oh, and did I mention - it's free.

The best site I have found is www.my-calorie-counter.com. Not only is it easy to use, there are lots of helpful tools on there too. It's better than any other site in my opinion.
