I've seen Poder and Procuración. But both seem like they lack something. Please help.

You can simply say "poder" or "poder notarial"...I've never seen "procuración" used with that meaning

Poder is correct. If the word appears outside of an obviously legal context, then you can say poder notarial to make it perfectly clear.

It is called "Poder"
It is legalized by an attorney/lawyer.
Edit
You can also called it Poder Notarial, but it is understood because without the legal signature of a Lawyer it is not valid at all.
