First and foremost, you should possibly make your intentions overtly or covertly. This may seem obvious, but many times a person might not even consider you as a potential mate because s/he has not even given it some thought.
Second, and most importantly, be yourself. If you aren't compatible and you have to pretend in order to get someone to like you, chances are things aren't going to work out anyways. Additionally, you aren't going to win any brownie points, at any point in dating, for lying to someone.
Third, be active and engaging in conversation with this person. Listen to them, people like to feel important, and if this person is really important to you then this shouldn't be so difficult.
Finally, just go for it. There are plenty of fish in the sea, and sometimes the best way to get to know someone and have them develop feelings for you is to just go out on some casual dates. Good luck

Thats not impossibe. Feelings is base off that person about you. Like you proabably heard you cannot change a person the way you want him to be like. Feelings is way deeper and thats not changeable by an oustide but by that individual.
Its best if you show him that you still like him and treat him nice and hang out with him more. Dont be slutty and ho and be easy and let him hit because he would not like you but will like the idea he can get sex from you easily. If he doesnt like you anymore and move on, you should the same

If he dumped you...you dont want him. If you dumped him...then you can write him an email or call him and ask him out for dinner. If you want to make him jealous, show up somewhere where he will be with another guy. That usually gets them.

You can't DO anything. He just has to like you for you and how you are. I mean, if you're in school I guess there isn't anything other than "make him like you" but really you can't. If he doesn't like you...he doesn't like you. PERIOD!
