You didn't say what ingrediants you have at home, but since I use this ingrediant alot, I'll pass along some of my favorites:

1. Pasta and Sausage: Saute onion, bell pepper (opt.) and slices of kielbasa until heated thru and onion is translucent. Add sliced olives and toss with cooked linguine, chopped tomatoes and shaved parmesano-reggiano.
2. Sausage and saurkraut: Slice sausage and saute to brown. Heat saurkraut with brown sugar and diced apple. Add sausage and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans..
3. Kielbasa and eggs: slice kielbasa and brown in a skillet. Set aside. Melt 3 T butter or margarine and scramble 6 large eggs. Season with salt, pepper, and a little garlic. Scramble eggs and add kielbasa and shredded cheddar cheese.
4. Kielbasa caesar salad: Saute slices of kielbasa until browned. Make caesar salad by tearing up romaine, tossing with dressing, adding croutons and parmesan. Add warm kielbasa before serving.

Good luck!

Yeah, no fair changing your answer! ;o)

What do you have at home?

If I were you and had limited items on hand, I'd just grill it and serve it with potatoes.
