They've been broken up for about a month now and I really like him. Even if she doesn't mind, does this make me a bad person?

it's kinda wrong, but ask your friend first. bring it up in a conversation, and then ask her if she would care if you were to hook up with him. if you feel bad about doing it, then tell your friend how you feel. it doesn't make you a bad person if you do though. if your friend doesn't mind, and you really like him, i say go for him. don't let anything stop you. good-luck.

If she doesn't mind she might still tell her you want the truth or maybe go out with him if shes a real friend she will be happy 4 u

It depends on your friendship. If you at all value the friendship then don't hook up with them. Friends almost always last longer than a "hook up".

No, not necessarily. It is kinda bad to hook up with him though because it just may cause problems in the future for you.

Ask your friend! If she has a problem with it keep the friendship going. If you don't like her that much then go for the guy, but consider the consequences.
