I just found out she is pregnant with our first child. I went ahead and hired a PI to find out more about her as she acts a little strange sometime and it turns out she has had 4 counts of animal cruelty against her and spent 6 months in jail for it.
I asked her about this and what she told me was just like out of a horror movie.
Now what should I do considering she is pregnant with my baby? We are at the four month mark. Should I wait for the baby to be born then sue for custody or should I just leave things at the top of the stairs she could trip on.

You are brillant I like your thought process,but lets be realistic,she will land standing up and you will be her next victom.Wow dude,I would deffinitley be concerned about this.Are you planning on staying with her I mean if you Love her and even if you don't you have to get her to start taking anger awarness classes,offer to go with her whatever it takes.I like the fact that you checked into her and I usually wouldn't agree with that,however you followed your gut feeling for a reason.Thats always a good idea.It would take alot of abuse and violence to get those kind of charges on your record,oh my what has she gotten away with that she has'nt been charged for?Dig Deeper with your Private Investigator.yeah maybe you should start planning your way out without physco girl knowing and get that baby to safety.Whatever you do,do not have an affair or look at her the wrong way or spill your soda.Shes out of pets you could be next.Hey I'm here for ya..... Has this woman been psychologically profiled? If so, then you need to get your hands on the report. It can be done. Also,
gather information and keep a log of her weird behavior.
Also, get some legal advice from an attorney on what you need to do to get full custody. Taking a child away from a mother is difficult, even when she is unfit or mentally ill, but it can be done. Good luck.

any one who hurts an animal is a LOW LIFE LOSER!!!!!!!!
That sucks that she is carrying your baby.... I would sue for custody b/c who knows what she will do to the baby!!!!
PLUS, if she didnt tell you about this.... What else could she be hiding from you.... i wouldnt want to be with someone i couldnt trust! That's sad you had to hire a PI to find this out....

keep an eye on her after the baby is born. she may have a psychological problem and may end up harming the baby as a result. but still theres a chance that the animals were annoying lol.

Well, My dads a lawyer and I know people come in and talk to him all the time and if I found this out about my boyfriend I would talk to my dad I would ask a lawyer u would get a better answer out of a lawyer then a bunch of random people you dont even know! good luck!
