Proper diet and exercise can help your all over body appearance.Ab pilates can do wonders for your stomach area. And the curves, if you want to accentuate what you've got I would suggest adding fitted items to your wardrobe, not tight, but clothes that actuallycurve with your body.

the secret is to stay 12 years old! LOL! but we have not quite figured that out yet! I still have curves but some of them are s curves now !!! they sneak up on you!

run? yeah, i know its find of boring but..... =D actually its better to walk than to run. you should walk. I need to do that too i gained 11lb over last years summer =T.
