Well she sounds like she is genuinely busy. But still, cool off a bit, leave it a few weeks and then maybe casually ask if she fancies meeting up. Maybe invite others too.
If she goes to your school/college/work, then try chatting to her.
I doubt she would have kissed you and said she liked you if she didn't, i know i wouldn't.
You say you didn't connect, but people rarely do on a first date. If you were nervous of uncomfortable, then it may have gone better than you think.
If you really like this girl, maybe try seeing her in a more relaxed setting, where you can be yourself.
But whatever you do, don't pursue her too much, and don't stalk her or scare her!!

If you didn't connect that much anyway - is there much point in worrying about it. She could be genuinely busy. Why not cool off on her a bit and make her do the running. If she doesn't, go any find yourself someone that you do connect with! You need the chemistry there - if not all you are left with is a good friendship!

It seem that way or maybe shes just an extemely busy person? Im sure you know the answer yourself. If its shes not that into you and shes not telling you shes just trying to spare your feelings which doesnt help you! So get on with going out and meeting new girls, think of it as her loss and make sure she knows your moving on, you never know she may realise she does like you when shes sees your not gona hang round whilst she plays games.

This girl is NOT the only girl in the world - give her some space - disappear from MSN for a while and find your own thing to do - she will get the message that you have your own life as well and if she misses you she will let you know.
If not then you will know AND you will have perhaps made some more contacts and perhaps girlfriends in your own time.
