Why do I laugh in my sleep while I don't dream anything?

My sister tells me I laugh in my sleep and the I was touching her cheek at night oh and that after i finished laughing i said "man, I don't care" and I turned around to the other side of the bed.

You may have had something on your mind that manifested itself to that behavior. I wouldn't worry about it. I too have laughed out loud in my sleep and woke myself up.
