This is an entirely personal question. Some people know within a week or two, some don't know until a month or more has passed. It depends on how your body reacts to being pregnant and what symptoms you have from it. The biggest ones to watch for are the obvious missed period, but that's not a guarantee, as there are some women who have normal periods throughout their pregnancy. Morning sickness (don't think it's just a morning thing, anytime, day or night, or both or all the time), your body will start craving things that it needs but it might seem like some pretty strange combinations. Fatigue is also a really big one. If you're feeling tired throughout the day, wanting a nap when you used to be able to go and go all day, that's another big indicator. There are many more, and like I said, it depends on the woman, and everyone will have a different experience. The same woman will have different experiences with each of her children. These are just basics.

I was so in tune with my body and the monthly process, I knew as soon as I missed my period. It was probably about a week and a half after I had gotten pregnant. I also started getting sick of cigarette smoke which was definately odd. During my second pregnancy I had a few drinks during a night out. I knew something was wrong the next day cause I was unusually sick. I think that when you know how your body reacts in everyday situations it knows when something is slighty off. You'll know.

W/ my daughter I didn't find out until I was 2 mos pregnant. My b/f at the time (no, I wasn't married, shame on me! LOL) saw me wearing this adorable shirt that I stole from my sister and told me my boobs looked huge. (At the time, I was a 32A, so my boobs couldn't possibly get any smaller! LOL) So, I took a test and sure enough! Pregnant!
W/ my 2nd, my husband knew the moment after we had sex that a) I was pregnant and b) it was a boy. About 2 wks later, I ended up taking a test b/c we pretty much knew in our hearts and again, pregnant!
Still deciding whether or not to have a 3rd, so I'll keep you posted on that one, but it may not be for a few more years!

I didn't find out till almost 7 weeks. Here is what happened: After I went off the pill, I got what I thought was a light period - the dr said that was normal since my hormones were balancing out. A few weeks later, I was feeling odd - some light cramping, my boobs ached, and I was always really hungry. I took a test, and it was positive! The light bleeding had actually been implantation.

For baby #1 my mom knew and I didn't. I found out about two weeks after I missed my period and I was petrified. My husband went to work and I stayed at home and we didn't talk about it for about a day, we needed it to sink in first.
For baby #2 I knew way before my missed period. I think it helped that I knew what it felt like to be pregnant but I also felt sick all day everyday for no reason. It was only about two weeks after conception and I knew. Unfortunately I had to call my husband to tell him he would be a dad again because he was on deployment but it was still fun!

My boyfriend's mother told me I was pregnant before I even knew it. She figured this by the way i was hollering at her son and getting easily agitated with him. The baby is 7 wks old now. i had been trying to get pregnant 4 a while and had given up on the idea when I finally did find out I was getting a new package. What a bundle of joy

when did I find out for sure I was pregnant...the latest pregnancy was about 4 weeks after my last monthly cycle
after conception I had clues...my breasts felt like the milk was coming in, and I acted very motherly toward everyone...I started being extra nice, I felt happy all the time
Yes I knew after I missed my period..I'm never late so it was obvious
