Try a winged pad and change frequently, then you can wear your prettiest panties.

I think diaper fetish is a dangerous thing to begin with, but it's even worse when you're asking for baby diapers. You need to totally disconnect yourself from any sexual attraction to something a baby could be wearing, right now. If you don't, you may find yourself in the same room as a baby having bad thoughts. While you may not be there yet, I would run away from this before you get yourself in serious trouble.

If you are experiencing incontinence, then, I would suggest an adult diaper product since adults expell more urine than babies do. A baby diaper would not hold what you are putting out and plus, it would become really poofy if not changed everytime you went. Try Poise pads.. or Depends. Those should help you.

Try adult depends for ladies. The get a petite dress and some ballet shoes and a hat that looks like a baby's hat. That way you can dress up as a big baby for halloween.

Ok, I admit that this is odd, but my Gay-dar has a solid tone lock at the moment.

Surely you jest and are not half the fetish anomaly you seem.
