NCIC itself does not commonly carry any assistance, yet merely factors the person to the corporation/state that does carry the assistance. NCIC does not carry any criminal history assistance, no count number if that is for homicide or for littering. It does not carry assistance approximately no count number if somebody replaced into arrested or convicted of something. What it does do is to show an inquiring corporation to the state equipment that does carry that assistance. So, your question fairly might desire to be, "Does my state's criminal history database carry assistance approximately no count number if or not i've got been convicted of against the regulation?" And the answer to that's which you particularly might desire to examine with your community state, in spite of the particular shown fact that i may be prepared to wager the respond would be sure. criminal history databases commonly checklist activities beginning with the arrest and on for the period of the prosecution till the final disposition in court docket, if there is one.
