Have you ever heard of the saying that "Eyes are the windows to our souls"? It kind of relates to this quote. Our eyes shows us our real emotions, if we're angry, or sad or happy, regardless of what we say or do. Whereas our mouths, well, we can tell lies. What we say, doesn't actually show how we really feel and so we become something that others see us to be. It's like going through a really bad experience and telling your friends that you are alright but in fact inside you're torn apart, which is evident through your eyes.

your eyes are the windows to your soul, the soul is one's essence, everchanging yet always the same. it is what we be judged by before all else, but the real opinion of us will be formed by the words we speak, for they will tell others our beliefs, morals and opinions, they will either build us up, or knock us down, and sometimes both if you arent careful ;o)

I am not 100% sure of what this means, but I think it may mean:
What a person sees is what they are.
(a person conforms to normalcy)
When a person speaks out, they transform.
(instead of doing the norm, they tranform into their own)
