-Christie's
-Sotheby's
-Acker Merral and Condit

Oh yeah...they're taken by established purveyors of vintage wines.

Good luck, but you might have a hard time competing in the credibility department when it comes to really old wines!

Don't try to find a catchy name, people get tired (or skeptical) of them. I suggest you use your own name, then a phrase like "Older Vintages Only."
