I prefer chunky applesauce with pork and scalloped potatoes. I like different textures in a meal. You have firm chops, soft potatoes (both hot) and a semi-firm fruit that is chilled. I like the sauce with cinnamon and sugar.

when we make pork chops, we either have stuffing and green beans or scalloped potatoes and corn or steamed veggies with some kind of pasta.
maybe just have broccoli without the cheese since you are having scalloped potatoes already.
enjoy your dinner!

Wonderful. But isn't a little bit of overkill with milk in the potatoes and dairy on the broccoli. How about steamed broccoli with a little seasoned salt. It is a bit healthier. Or saute with a little vegetable oil, with onions and carrots and add a tablespoon(or more of oyster sauce).

Not bad, but like the others said, a bit heavy. I'd go with a salad and some applesauce. Can't beat applesauce with pork chops.

Too heavy!

Pork chops are very filling and so are potatoes. A much lighter vegetable dish sounds much more appealing.

I would go with something less heavy. Perhaps braised carrots or green beans would go nicely with the items you have already mentioned.
