If it is a privately owned facility, they have the right to institute whatever rules they deem appropriate. That is the only right that is at issue here. You do not have a "right" to violate the rules of the facility, even new ones.
I would say your only options are:
1. Talk to the decision makers and see if they will "grandfather in" existing members who do happen to have such piercings. As a long time member, they may be willing to make an exception for you.
2. Find another nudist camp that does permit your piercings.
Please don't confuse your wants with your rights. They are two different things entirely. And it is the rights of the facility owners that come into play here, not the wants of the customer.

The resort is a private organization. It can set rules for conduct including what you can "wear". Your attendance at the resort means you will abide by those rules.
Genital piercings are totally sexual in nature and practice.
Perhaps many of your fellow nudists find them offensive and were complaining. I don't know if there are children at this resort but while I think you can get away with a nipple piercing I don't think that genitial piercings are something they should (pardon the pun) be exposed to.

I suppose you could consider this an amendment to the 'dress code' :)
I doubt that there is much that you could do about this as the resort is entitled to set their own standards. If it is a club or society you could bring the issue to whoever runs it and perhaps they would review the decision but it seems likely that there have been complaints about the piercings. The images can be quite disturbing to people who aren't into body modifications, and they could be considered to be bringing sexual images into a naturist community. They definitely draw attention to the genitals and that isn't the purpose of nudist resorts.

Unfortunately for you and your wife, a resort is a privately-owned facility. As such, the have the legal right to establish codes of conduct and other limitations on what is acceptable. If they have a rule against genital piercings, there's not much you can do about it. You can think it's a dumb rule (I'm inclined to agree with you), but unless you want to petition them to change it, you're sort of out of luck. It may be time to find another resort that doesn't have such limitations on piercings.

Since you have been members for 30 years, I do believe you have a bit of pull. Ask them if they are trying to push you two out, and be polite. I don't see why you're not entitled to good customer service. What's next--a weight or hairiness requirement?

i'd send a letter/email or if you know them give them a ring, tell them about your loyalty to that resort and ask them why the new restriction? perhaps they will cut you some slack since youve been around for so long.....
OR!! go to another nudist resort that welcomes all.....there's gotta be another one out there for you guys.
