It sounds like you have a distorted body image, which is not healthy. I would suggest seeing a guidance couselor about this because watching your calories at this age is not good, hun. You will develop an eating disorder if you take it further.
You should actually be eating about 2,000 calories a day to maintain your weight. I would suggest eating a little more fruits and veggies each day, and indulge every once in a while. And ice cream cone here and there won't kill you. Also, if you're worried about staying healthy, excercise! You'll feel better about yourself and tone your muscles.
Most importantly, though, you need to realize that you are very thin, and accept yourself as you are.

Thats underweight.
You are also probably not getting all the vitamins you need if you arent eating a variety of foods. You should not restrict your food intake at all... you should actually try to eat like 600 more calories a day and just excersise some if you are worried about how you look. Besides, you shouldnt be worrying about this in the first place. Weight is not everything in the world and the sooner you realize that the better off you will be.

I would say that you are seriously underweight and suffering from some sort of eating disorder. You may need professional counselling. I understand that you aren't going to be convinced by anything anybody says to you but try and be objective. Look at healthy guidelines for your age and height for your weight and the amount of calories you should be eating. You aren't eating enough, you don't weigh enough. Why would people lie about this?

you need to relax 13 at 5'7 and 118. you should be thinking about modeling and not how fat you are.
you are fat according to who?
stop watching those people on tv and believing that b.s.
your height and weight are in good proportion.
get a grip and find other things to complain about

You seem to be only focused on your weight. 118 lbs would be fat if you were 3 feet tall, you are not that small. At 5'7" 118 Lbs makes you skinny.
