In our current society, you can't.
It's a fact of life that people make first impressions based on sight, as sight is the first way you meet someone. It will be a long time before the color of one's skin does not play in anything.

By not tracking the races of anyone, candidates, offenders, sentences, jury makeups, anything.

Justice is supposed to be colorblind, and statistics should be that way also.

as long as there is racism and more specifically prejudice, there will be no fair and realistic way to keep race from being an issue
