Biolage and John Frieda both have good straightening shampoos/conditioners and I believe Aussie has one as well.

They will be sure to help you reduce the waves and make it easier to straighten. Make sure you use a serum as well - that helps reduce the frizziness.

try herbal essence line..i can't remeber exactly what the name is but they have all different kinds like for curly hair or straight hair. I've seen them use it on style network for straight hair and it worked pretty well. i think it might be called dangerously straight..but it should be easy to find if you just look at the herbal essence collection. Plus it smells great too!

my suggestion is Matrix Smooth and Sleek. This is a slon only line but it is well worth the money.
