Rub them with
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
And bake them.
I do 40 minutes for 2 1.5 inch thick chops, so they are just pink in the middle.

Sprinkle the chops with pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Brown in a pan or on griddle using butter instead of oil. When browned, mix a can of cream of mushroom or celery with 1/2 cup of water. Spread some of the soup mix in the bottom of the pan. Add chops and cover with the remainder of the soup. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Mince 10 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsps olive oil, 1/2tbsp of oregano or italian spice blend, 2 tsp of salt and a pinch of black pepper. If you have a food processor than great...blend it all together. If not just combine it as fine as you can. Rub mixture over your porkchops as evenly as possible then bake until cooked though. I would say 375 -400degress for about 30 minutes turning mid point. Adjust the time if needed.
