most outdoor fields require your fps to be set to something equal to right around 200 mph

I cannot say this off the top of my head, but it looks like about 150 mph. Or about 250 FPS.

Here's how to measure it (in the link below). If you check paintball guns sellers, they usually put the speed of the ball on it, more power of course equals more speed. It's about 135 feet per seconds (35 meters/second approx.)

it depends
we turned up the pressure until the balls started to break
and then slowed them down
shooting them across my chronograph
it measures velocity
about 450 fps
if you multiply fps by .6818
that gives you mph 306.81mph

-----Among other things, it depends on whether the shooter has a legal amount of pressure behind them. Some shooters cheat by boosting the pressure beyond legal limits. i reckon about 100 miles an hour.......... i am not taking the p*** went on saturday and judging by the pain and bruises the million times i got hit! still have the lumps to prove it, great fun though
