Someone help me!!!!! What should I do????

Ok, me and this guy has been talking for about year. He lives a long time away from me now . I think he has been lieing to me. last week he didn't call me for a week. then one day I got off work and I found aout he called. When I calle dhim back He tould me he got shoot 3 times and he just got out of the hosiptal. I think he is lieing what should I do???
