Because I am now too young to own a credit card now but im trying to own a paypal account because it seems that many websites trusted and use paypal so I am wondering if I can sign up without a credit card? Or rather use my bank account?
I live in Singapore..

The only other way is with a checking account number. I dont' think there is much else as an option. i know i use my checking. I did use a credit card, but switched. Paypal is great, and fast, no worries. Good luck. You will have to wait to get approved, just be patient.

You can use a bank account, either checking or savings. They make 2 small deposits and you tell them how much they put in as a question to sign up to verify that you own the account. You can even do this with a joint account. Just be advised that if you're under 18, you aren't technically supposed to have a PayPal account.

Best of luck!

All you need is a checking account. Paypal will send 2-3 transactions to your account. You check your statement and type in what they sent you and your all set.

I think if you give them your bank account details they can get the money straight out of there. Frankly I would not want anyone to have that power. I use a credit card.
