Need to loose mad pounds fast. 50pounds in 3.5 months. Any diets out there that can make this happen, without gettin sick? any pills? Please, mature people need only to answer!

Woaters.... That cleanse thing sounds good, but I dont wanna have any stomach problems. Already have an ulcer, that causes much upsetness, and gas,lol
The cleanser, makes u go to da washroom, no?

Hi,

Have you thought about doing a detox/cleanse? It can be a great jumpstart and a way to loose a lot of pounds. I have a friend(male) who lost 50 lbs in about that time for a movie role.

I have been using Isagenix for about a year. I started with a 9 day program. But, depending on your health a 30 day may be better.
The 30 is a "gentler" cleanse with all the same products as the 9 day. I recommend the 30 day because it easier to change your habits over 30 days than 9 or 10.
As for other benefits,
I sleep like a baby...no lie. I had a hard time sleeping b4.
I have more energy, mental clarity and no more aches and pains in my knees. I actually started to exercise again! I have a 4 year old boy so the energy comes in handy. Really the weight loss is a side benefit to cleansing the toxins.

I don't think there is a safe way to lose that amount of weight in that short amount of time.

No matter how you do it you might lose an avearge of 3 pounds a week. So you might lose 45 lbs which is close.

Just give up some of the food and walk for 20 minutes a day every day at least.

If you find a better way let me know

Go on the Atkins diet! It works wonders! I went on for one week and lost eight pounds! My friend went on for a month and lost 22 pounds! Basically, you stop eating carbs,sugar, and fruit. You have to live on soups and salads and meat. Its not a bad deal and it really works!

Honestly,if you follow Atkins Induction, RELIGIOUSLY for that amount of time, and walk walk walk, you should be able to lose that, and possibly more. I would elimiate all but water as far as beverages, just to add an extra edge. Best of luck! Been there.
