It really depends on how the big the scars are and how old they are.
If they have not turned white then vitamin E oil applied to the scars can help reduce their appearance...

my daughter has scars all over her legs. a friend of mine sdvised me to rub the inside of the banana skins on her legs. praised the Lord the scars are gone.
