First off, it's about 55,000. In four years. Saddam killed 184,000 Kurds in one day. What did they do wrong? They were Kurdish.

Your 665,000 figure was put together by a far left British group. They didn't let themselves get bogged down in facts. Instead, they went door to door in Iraq. Yeah, that's accurate. Much more-so than an actual body count.

Anyhow, if we assumed that your false figure is accurate, 69% of those deaths were not a result of America's liberation efforts. That means that either terrorists killed them, or they just died. People die every day of natural causes.

Of course I care; that's why I don't want to give Iraq to the terrorists when I leave.

But you'll never hear any of that on Air America, National Public Radio, CBS News, ABC News, NBC News, MSNBC, CNN, or The View.

Your generalization is asinine... "individuals" as an complete aren't from now on asserting "Kill Muslims", and maximum Iraqis aren't from now on being killed by technique of American bullets or bombs, yet by technique of different Muslims. do slightly truthfully study in the previous you spout off. those squaddies who've committed homicide should be tried and punished IAW the UCMJ... and the punishment incorporates lack of life. Mr. Vick should be tried and punished IAW the proper State and Federal guidelines... and the NFL could cashier him (a minimum of if it needs to maintain visitors).

Because the figure of 665000 dead Iraqis is grossly inflated over the real death toll.

And let's not forget the MILLIONS that Saddam killed during his 30-year reign of terror.

Go put that in your pipe and smoke it.

and how many Iraqis have Saddam Hussein and Al Queda killed? I'm sure its a larger number. I'm not saying that its a good thing but i am saying that is is a war and in wars you will have civilian casualties. and there wouldn't be as many civilian casualties if it weren't for the insurgents. so if your going to blame anyone blame them.

We do care. That is part of why we are there. How many of those 665,000 were killed by Saddam and his regime?

How Many Dead Germans, Italians, Japanese in WWII?

It's war, Most countries dont give rats *** one about the other sides casualties...

If you look historically at civilian casualties in WWI/WWII/Vietnam/Biafra/Rwanda/Bosnia/Chinese Civil War/Peninsula War/Russian Civil War, you'll realize that even if that Iraq Estimate was realistic, It compares positively to most wars that came before.

we've lost the reason of why we are there, to many the Iraqis have become the enemy because we're not doing anything about the REAL enemy. so when they see 665,000 Iraqi dead they are looking for the rest to be killed and then call it a won war.

I care about the innocent ones that have died, but I surely don't care about the ones who are not. Question I have for you though is, would you rather have that country be overrun by insurgency and then have the war in your country, or would rather try to keep yourself and your family safe by battling the insurgency where it lies?

u mean the 655,000 dead iraqis that were killed by the ENEMIES, and not by U.S. troops, stop making it sound like we are at fault because in reality were helping the people over there

Because those numbers are pretty much made up.

Good to see you on board with us caring about the fate of the Iraqi people, though.

It would be a damn shame if we left precipitously and doomed them to a bloody Shitte-Sunni civil war.
