Yogurt itself is great for your body. The reason why you are hearing people say it is bad is because you can buy yogurt with out the live cultures in it. On top of that, once they add all that fruit to it you might as well be eating a bowl of ice cream. Make sure to purchace PLAIN yogurt with the live cultures in it and add your own fruit. This makes it healthier for you. Also if you are a woman it will help provent yeast infections (especially if you are on any kind of antibiotic). Enjoy your yogurt, just dont get sucked into all of thoes fancy flavors as the "real fruit" has alot of additives and thats when its unhealthy.

That's not correct. And it's YOGURT.
It contains NECESSARY bacteria (active yogurt cultures) that everybody needs.
Especially when you are sick and taking an antibiotics--yogurt is essential to eat every day because antibiotics not only kill the bad bacteria, but the good bacteria in your body. And when you don't have enough good bacteria in your body, that causes yeast infections.

Yogurt has bacteria in it, but before you start worrying, this bacteria is actually good for you. The only true con of yogurt is the fact that it only has a little bit of this bacteria.
Read up on yogurt and good bacteria (google it), it will explain the facts much more.

yogurt is awsome for your body! it contains live bacteria cultures. if you look on the back somewhere by the ingridients it should say some odd words like aphidillis biphoudis.....something like that......but they are good for your digestive system.

yes somo drinks like jogurd make you fat becouse their not so natural, but if you drink a jogurt that is prepared in your hause your never going to become fat!!!!
