Melon fruit is full of air-I suggest either a belching contest after words or a soundproof closet close at hand. Father says to pray behind closed doors-the guttorial emanations of such food are a good way to explain private vocals.

The color of your Avatar has no barring on whats good and whats not.

I like either Honey Dew or Watermelon myself with a little salt and a tall glass of ice water. I can not even stand the smell of a cantaloupe. Go figure.

So what do you really like, that is what matters.

I also find seedless green grapes are a good thirst and sugar quencher.

This is a weird question, especially the hint. I say forget the melon and have mango!

What is your purpose???
It depends upon what kind of melon you like.
If you are diabelic or have any medical conditions that affect insulin and sugar levels consult your doctor.
If you are worried about the glycemic index then refer to sugar busters or look up glycemic index information on the internet.
Otherwise eat what you like...

Canteloupe dipped in strawberry yogurt.

What's the purpose of the hint? Are you looking to goad people into making a racist assumption? Not nice.
