Im 17. My boyfriend and I have known eatchother for 4 years but we have only been togethor 7 months and everytime were togethor he makes me soo happy and its great but then every single time were apart its horrible. We live in different citys and our parents hate us being togethor so its hard to keep in contact sometimes but were really trying. I am loyal to him all the time but I have a feeling he is cheating on me. He gets so angry when I accuse him of it and he even cry's and does everything he can to prove hes not but I have caught him in some lies like where he was, who he was with and minor stuff like that and he always have an explination but never a very reasonable explination. My x cheated on me all the time so I could be just scared and everytime we see eatchother he convinces me nothing is going on and its great but then once were apart its hectic its almost like he becomes a whole different person......??????

The very fact that you're stressing out over this whole thing is a bad sign. I bet it's even hard for you to concentrate on other important things. See if he cries when you tell him you are not going to put up with the suspicions anymore. It's obvious you can't stand the lies so why surrender to them? That must be some kind of emotional suicide?

Well if it was me I would go with my gut feeling but what you just told it sounds like its hard for you to trust again. Here something that helped me. If a person has notting to hid they live there life as if an open window. You said you are very faithful thats great. If he was really cheating on you I would think he would be a man and man up to you and tell you like it is. And you can kind of tell if someone has be cheating the way they act. If they are acting weird. Thats a big clue right there. Just breath and don't flip out. Maybe you got the really deal. It's hard to trust someone who is far away but if you trust him. He'll know what a great girl he has and would be a fool to ever do something stupid. Because if he did anything stuiped he would loss a really great girl.

This is gonna be tough to understand at 17... BUT, let it go! If you have caught him lying about things and youre always wondering, he probably is cheating and if he isnt, he's not being as good as he could be. I too was in a long distance (25 miles apart) relationship at 16. When I look back on it now, it wasnt worth the stress and thought I put into it. You are a 17 year old girl, you will have plenty of chances to have fun, flirt, and enjoy life.... dont try to grow up too fast!

babe I really wish you well but:

1)long distance realtionships are bad idea too many things in the way
2)if he lies about minor stuff he is very likely to lie about anything
3)my xgirlfriend was crying when i accused her of cheating that she would never do that but I knew she was cheating and then I made her with me and check for STDs she had them I didn't and she still denied it...
4)A week after we broke up I saw her with two different guys in a few days

jeez, if he cries when you accuse him you should get off his back about it. maybe the guy is actually telling the truth. girls lie more than guys do so how do we know YOU'RE not really cheating and trying to get us to turn against him? you've got some nerve...
