He would have to be one hell of con artist to have people still measuring time according to his life 2000yrs later. I don't think he may have been divine but he was an actual person who had some powerful and good ideas.

Jesus, the human man, was not the con artist. Paul and others, like Pope Gregory were the con artists.

my opinion is that everyones opinion is valid but my opinion is my belief in the lord,faith which means believing without having the proof,it's a very hard thing to achieve, especially when so many things go wrong in life but that's also where God steps in,he sets the example of carrying your cross and enduring,to be honest even if..which i do NOT believe,God did not exist,i'm glad having the comfort and joy my spirit recieves by believing in him
