I do. they really advise against any relaxing before braiding cuz relaxing stretches the hair out and braiding twists it back up and harsh way - so it's like pushing and pulling the hair in too many directions in too short a time span, etc. also relaxing causes breakage if u do it too often.... i do it anyway cuz i don't like the new growth showing and on micros it will show up quick! my advise - relax hair but do it at least a week before u get the hair braided. that way the time has hair to settle before u get it braided. also ur braider might tell u not to do it again, ask them when u get ur hair done if u plan on getting it done their again what they prefer. so next time u know.

No, your hair will be too straight to stay in the braids. You will have little hairs sticking out of your braids.

Don't' relax it. There is no need to if you are braiding it. If you need your hairline straight or flat but put some oil on your hairline and tie it down at night time.

i would'nt a friend of mine straightend her hair b4 gettin exstensions and it fell out after she took the exstensions out 6 inches fell out now she only has 3 inches left :((
