I am going to a wedding in THREE weeks and need to lose weight and fast.

I mean .. i aint majorly overweight or anything .. but i am totally not satisfied with my figure AT ALL

so i was wondering whether anyone has any tips on how to get rid of my stomach and thigh's fast

Look up "The cabbage soup diet" on the internet. It detoxifies your body and you drop weight really fast....Be aware, you are pretty much starving yourself....and once you stop the diet and you go back to your regular eating habits the weight will come back....It could be a "quick fix" but not really a long term solution. Good luck and have fun at the wedding no matter what!

Well, I have been in your shoes before. You can try the "lemonade diet" for one week. This entails only drinking lemonade all day for one week. Depending on your age and weight, you should drop up to 10lbs in one week. This is not the healthiest way to lose weight, which is why you should only do it for a week. After the wedding is over, try getting on a more routine workout and low carb/low calorie diet. I hope this helps.

take ice cold water 10glasses per day
and eat salad(babay spinach, cabbage, carrot, little bracolli crowns) with dressing lemon juice and pepper for 2 times a day
drink fat free milk of 8ounce like 3 times a day
thats all dont eat anything
repeat this cycle in a day how may times u want
and see the difference

you dont have to make a three digit number your weight loss goal aim for a certain dress size or waist measurement

Eat less then you usally do and drink alot of diet drinks and V8s and stuff like that. I did this and i lost some in about a week.
