I'm an x-ray tech and an air bubble in the stomach is common in everyone. Your baby may have a bigger one, if she was crying just before her x-ray. As she cries, she swallows air. If she burps really good, the bubble will get smaller.

my son had x ray done last year cause he was constipated and he was vomiting as well, but due to the diarreah that came after he was hospitalized becaus he got dehydrated. if i were you ,you should take him to the doctor or ER is his is too liquid and not drinking enough water.

I know it suck when your kids are sick, I would try helping her burp they have drops that seem to work to relieve gas. But would definitely take her to the ER if she is not getting better.
