a lot of sneezing?

i keep sneezing. I cant stop sneezing. Usually it happens when ever i go to india for the holidays but now it flared up 2 days ago though it was not that bad as now, i sneez only in the night so i cant sleep and my chest hurts a lot. Anyway i cant figure out whats wrong with me so any one with any suggestions, if i should go to a doctor which one???

I HAVE THAT PROBLEM TOO WHEN I TRAVEL ITS DUE TO DIFFRENT CLIMATES,I KEEP MY NOSE COVERD AT ALL TIMES
