I am having a 6" italian bread, turkey & ham, with cheese lettuce, tomato, cucumbers and avocado, with a little mustard.
What do you think?

no disrespect to quiznoz, but they are way to more expensive, and it's just lunch.

That's sounds really good but subway in GA doesnt offer avocado in their Subways, but I would be willing to try it. I like mine Roast beef, lettuce, tomato, onions, extra black olives, swiss cheese, little bit of light mayo, oil and vinegar, and little bit of spicy mustard and you are good to go. MMM!!!

I think I despise Subway. Every time I go there (different locations), they seem to get skimpier with their portions. One slice of ham, one slice of cheese, one tsp. of mayo., etc. I much prefer Quizno's. Yes, I realize it's more expensive, but they actually give you a sub large enough to fill you up! :)

when i worked at subway a woman used to come in and order mayo on a 6 in. italian bread!that was all....eeewwwww

O.K buy do not let anyone tell you that there are less calories in that the bun alone has a lot of calories in it and lunch meat is loaded with them to.
