There are many many ways to relieve stress. Some people will say relaxation or meditation or exercise or sex or to scream or bang pots and pans or read a book or listen to music. I'm sure there are tons more. You just have to find one that works the best for you. My favorite is to have a really good cry and just let it all out. I feel kind of stupid or weak sometimes in the process, but I always feel much better afterward!!!

For me the most drug free stress relief method I know is exercise.

Try it just once. If you're truly stressed out. Go do something that's physically demanding. If you're in shape it'll be a snap.

I usually get on the elliptical cycle and hammer out at least 30 minutes worth. Till I'm sweating pretty good.

Afterwards I feel great. Exercise causes one's body to release the body's own natural endorphins, or stress reducers.

There are many ways to relieve undue stress. Exercise and sex are two of the most successful ways to relieve stress.
