I can't believe some of these answers.
Okay, first - the answer to your question is yes. Why? Because methamphetamine causes temporary impotency. There are times, though, at which a guy can - for lack of better words - "get it up". But cannot "get off".
The individual who says true ecstasy has heroin in it... he can sit down because he has absolutely no idea what he's talking about. First off, ecstasy is a street term for the illegal synthesization of 3-,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA). For starters, MDMA is not ecstasy. Ecstasy gets its name because it covers the street variation. These tabs made in illegal batches contain anywhere from 0 to roughly 250mg of pure MDMA, and almost ALWAYS contain an adulterant. The adulterant is almost ALWAYS another illegal drug thrown in to enhance the effects the user feels. Whats the cheapest adulterant to use? It sure as heck isn't heroin - heroin is EXPENSIVE. If you get a tab that isn't "bunk" (nonreactive), probably 80% of the time you are going to get methamphetamine as your base. Why? Because its cheap, easy to make, and can be done anywhere.
As to the people advising you that its dangerous, they must take you for a fool. Who doesn't know that there are risks involved in taking drugs. I'm sure you probably knew that before you even asked. Yes, yes - we all know drugs are bad. Thank you, now let the real question be answered, eh?
The way methamphetmine works on the body is simple. It acts on the area of the brain that basically "causes you to feel good or right" - the dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin systems. It is noted by causing extreme euphoria and feelings of excitement - a rush. Because it also works the same way as a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), it has the same properties as the medicines that are made to control premature ejaculation in males. Those medicines are built on the foundation of SSRI's. That's the scientific proof of the matter. And whether methamphetamine is the base or not, it is in the chemical structure of MDMA (methylenedioxyMETHAMPHETAMINE).
For proof based on experience rather than fact, I can supply that too. Speaking for myself, I last much longer when rolling on ecstasy. Sometimes to the point where I simply cannot "get off". The roles switch around. I can guarantee you she's getting off on it - if you have ears and common sense, its undeniable. Only I'm going for hours on end and not finishing. Sure, it may seem "unfair" to me, but man, what the heck. How many times do guys have sex with girls where they're the ones who don't get the pleasure they deserve out of it? Countless.
I'm sorry if I sound hostile, I just don't like it when people give biased answers based on matters of opinion, rather than giving sound scientific and/or personal experiences. I'm not advocating the use of ecstasy or any other drug, though I have been guilty on many occasions. I'm simply presenting unbiased evidence based on fact and experience in an attempt to thoroughly and honestly answer the question. Because it IS a legitimate question.

It's possible, but what about side effects and the chances of dying from an overdose? There are other ways for a guy to last longer that are safer. He could practice stopping when he gets close, which will help him build up his ability to last longer. He could use a condom to reduce sensitivity. Or he could use products intended to help guys last longer, like Prolong lube. All of these methods are better than using illegal drugs.

No, it's not true. True extacy has heroin in it. It's also in some cases, mixed with cocaine which does enhance the hormones. It's dangerous and could kill you. Thank you and may GOD come soon to make right the wrongs that have been done on this earth.

X does not have heroin in it if it is made correctly, but it can cause a variety of side effects- delayed or inability to orgasm or even the inability to get an erection.
