You need to be strong in faith at all time to fight off the forces of hell. Jesus could rapture His church any day. I'm ready, but I'll never have gathered enough to follow me to feel fully prepared.

I'm not christian, but feel obligated to answer so please bear with me. There have been doomsdayers since the beginning of time. Often times (regardless of faith or lack thereof) people begin to become disenfranchised with the way things are going and feel that the only way to get past all the labor pains is to run away or escape. True strength and conviction of beliefs comes from standing still and facing the onslaught of whatever comes. Now, if there truly does come a time of rigorous religious persecution, I do not think the christians are the only ones that will be condemned.
As the country song goes, "you have to stand for something or you'll fall for anything". As silly as it may sound, it is a very true statement. Things will get hard and people may be killed for their beliefs, but what is better....running and hiding, asking for an easy out, or standing for what you believe in and dying with your boots on? Whichever choice one makes determines just how strong their beliefs really are and is the true measure of faith (regardless of what it is in).

Hi, i think he is coming soon, because he has to come before we litteraly blow ourselves up with greenhouse gases right?
I'm guarding my faith with all I got, but I don't really feel outnumbered in a country that includes 95% atheists.
I suggest the Left Behind series by Tim Lahaye and Jerry B. Jenkins.

I think a lot of people misunderstand. When God answers your prayers and then delivers you back into the fold so to speak from the wretched life that you were living there is no going back....period. He who has discernment figure this one out. " where there is a little forgiveness there is a little love, where there is a lot of forgiveness there is a lot of love". No, there is no going back....ever. So you see persecution is just one more thing to learn to live with.

I have noticed lately that "my" road is getting narrower; God seems to be heavily into pruning things off of me He wants gone....fast. There also seems to be a great deal of oppression of the enemy. I do believe that we should "look up, because our redemption is near". The closer I stay to the Lord in prayer and His word, the safer and more sure my footing.

Jesus is coming back soon, in the Bible it says that the revaltion is coming soon, meaning its next on his list for profecies. this doesn't mean we sit around and wait, this means we get out there and tell those who are pursecuting us about jesus christ and the truth! everyone get out there and give the truth to the world!

I do not pray for him to come sooner, there are still people on this earth that will be left behind. and until we can at least to get them all, christians still have a job to do. And praying that is a little selfish.

Knowing this just confirms my belief that there are dangerous and deranged religionists in the midst of normal society.
