you could photograph them with digital camera and when you've installed them into the computer then you may work on them. they have the material to make your own cards at a stationary store.

Check out cafepress.com. You can use printshop or such to make up your card then export it to a folder on your desktop as a png-they have tutorials and printshop is a breeze to use for photos,lettering,posters etc. about 20-50.00 depending on version. Cafepress is free unless you have a store-you can upload and order from your own private store/site to use for postcards,stationary,tees,tiles,mugs etc-fun!

modern postcards, it can be inexpensive if you are computer savvy. You can design them yourself, then they only charge for printing and processing.
